Upon request by the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee, the Contractor shall provide vehicle, equipment, and/or material (asset) transportation services on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall respond to the request to schedule transportation of asset(s) to the location specified by the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee on a mutually agreed upon date and time. Assets will be paid at the applicable rate(s), as identified in the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall load and secure operational and non-operational vehicle(s), equipment, and/or materials for safe delivery onto their trailer(s) for transport from the institution/facility to the auction location, or the CDCR program/location to be specified by the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee during the time the appointment is made with the Contractor.
