A Rolling Standard and staff to assist the County in inspecting Vehicle and Platform Scales in Mendocino County for one fiscal year 2026/27, with the option of extending the contract for two additional fiscal years, 2027/28, and 2028/29. This rolling standard weight truck (minimum weight cart capacity of 20,000 lbs. for scale section testing and a total weight truck and cart total test weight of 55,000 lbs.) and scale company staff to operate the rolling standard (weight cart and weight truck). The weight standards shall have current NIST Traceability certification. The scale company and its staff shall be currently registered with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Division of Measurement Standards (CDFA-DMS), as a Service Agency and its Agents.
