Under the direction of the Institution Contract Liaison or designee, vehicle work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: Interior sterilization of biohazards and control substances Compress air interior Vacuum Deodorize and condition interior seats, floors, door panels and front dashboard Wash vehicle exterior, windows, and mirrors Degrease rims and tires and apply tire shine The Contractor shall respond to requests for services within twenty-four (24) hours of telephone notification from the Institution Contract Liaison or designee. The Contractor shall provide (depending on availability) services on an “as needed” basis within five (5) days advance notice from the Institution Contract Liaison or designee. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules and regulations and shall provide the services in a professional manner and use a degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by and consistent with the standards of the industry. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor utilizing the best practices of the trade. The Contractor shall provide water supply and electrical power needed to perform mobile detailing services. Services shall be performed at the SVSP main parking lot. All methods utilized by the Contractor shall be acceptable to the State, the Department of Agriculture, the Environmental Health and Protection Agency (EPA) and to all such regulatory agencies, which have jurisdiction over service activities of this Agreement.
