supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is EL1041-24 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The North American Industry Classification System code is 115115, Farm Labor Contractors and Crew Leaders, Small Business Size Standard 16.5 million annual receipts. This requirement is set aside for small business. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one-year, firm-fixed-price, IDIQ type contract for the commercial item(s) listed under Section B ofthe attached SF 1449.
