A. Contractor shall pump the various campground toilets on an on-call, as-needed basis, as determined by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. B. Contractor shall pump each vault toilet per CAL FIRE Project Representative specifications and remove all waste and dispose of all trash found in the vaults during pumping. C. Contractor shall pump at least one truck load of a 2,000-gallon truck and not to exceed 4,200 gallons per trip to the site. D. Contractor shall be responsible for mitigation of any spillage that occurs during the pumping process. E. The Contractor shall maintain a valid Class “A or B” California Driver’s License, as required for the vehicle, during the term of this Agreement. F. The Contractor shall make all connections to the truck/trailer and to the vault toilet(s). G. The Contractor shall be responsible for spills after the point of connection. The Contractor shall, at own expense, provide for the clean-up of any spillage occurring as a result of the pumping of contents from the septic tanks, and make well all damages, prior to services completion.
