Specifications include, but are not limited to: City staff works with private companies to bring together all the elements necessary to operate a successful event. As part of managing the event, city staff is requesting proposals from various vendors for the following services:•Equipment Rental •Stage Rental •Entertainment Promoter •Security •Traffic Control Equipment • Pyrotechnics • Catering •Carnival Operator Scopes of work (Attachment 1A – 1H) provide the details for each service. The City is searching for companies specializing in each individual service and not for a prime contractor to sub-contract the various services identified above. Each proposal submittal should be limited to a specific scope of work detailed in the individual attachment 1 sections.
