Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County seeks Offerors to programmatically migrate PowerBuilder code syntax to C# .Net code syntax, as well as migrate the existing Sybase 16.0 database (either programmatically or manually) to a MS SQL Server 2022 database, and migrate the additional technological solutions described within this RFP to more current technologies for the County’s criminal justice agencies: Superior Court of California, Ventura County Ventura County Public Defender Ventura County District Attorney Ventura County Probation Agency Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Offerors shall be skilled and regularly engaged in the general class or type of work called for in the solicitation documents.
