Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Palo Alto Utilities (CPAU) is soliciting proposals for integrated outreach and graphic design services. CPAU implements a variety of customer services, including utility billing, outreach for construction projects, rates and safety information, energy and water conservation, efficiency and education (e.g. explanation of programs and offerings, workshops and outreach campaigns, rebate programs, gas safety awareness, water quality reports) targeting residents, businesses and industry. Services required in this RFP include CPAU’s traditional outreach—ads, bill inserts, flyers and online media, but will also include whole community engagement and empowerment through the incorporation of new and multi-audience media, integrated campaign planning & implementation, community-based social marketing, and program evaluations. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities that meet the requirements set forth in this RFP and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to submit proposals to this competitive solicitation process. Please note that CPAU would like to engage with multiple vendors as part of this RFP process. This approach will allow CPAU to solicit quotes from multiple vendors on any given project and select the firm that meets the criteria (price, skill, expertise, etc.) for a specific project.
