The consultant will update the City’s 2020 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) to meet California Department of Water Resources (DWR) requirements for the 2025 version. The Consultant is free to propose modifications to the scope that may result in cost savings and/or a better product. Any modifications shall be clearly spelled out in the Proposal.
