Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Colma has over 907 trees in its parks, facilities and right of way that need to be assessed for risk, evaluated for overall health, and maintained for beautification. All trees have been accounted for in the Town’s ARC MAP GIS inventory database (Exhibit B1 & B2). The selected contractor will confirm the existing tree inventory in the Town’s ARC MAP GIS system and then evaluate the trees for risk, and propose a management and maintenance program, including scheduling and budgeting analysis. The final product should provide a roadmap for a future tree contractor to manage and maintain a safe, healthy and vibrant urban forest within the Town of Colma. Detailed Scope of Services is as follow: Part I Certified Arborist confirm tree inventory for accuracy in the Town’s ARC MAP GIS database (See Exhibit B1 & B2 for Tree Inventory Map and Tree Inventory Database). Update all fields (location, tree type, circumference, diameter, general health, maintenance frequency, condition, etc.) in ARC MAP GIS as needed.
