Cab protector to be built as 190 specified: 191 _____Fabricated from formed 12-gauge perforated A-60 Galvanneal steel sheeting with two (2) 192 uprights using 2” x 1” x 0.125” steel tubing equally spaced and 10-gauge gusset type 193 mounting brackets. 194 _____Perforations shall be minimum 2” x 2” set in diamond pattern for maximum visibility and 195 cover entire area of rear window glass. 196 _____There shall be a third brake light cut-out. It is the responsibility of bidder to ensure third 197 brake light and integrated strobes are visible from the rear. 198 _____OEM camera, if equipped, shall have notch cut-out for clear view of camera lens. 199 _____The cab protector to extend above the third brake light cut-out and include provisions on 200 topmost location for mounting of auxiliary lighting. Auxiliary lighting mounting plates and 201 wiring conduits to be integral with cab protector. 202 _____Cab protector shall be mounted on top of bed box, at the furthermost forward location 203 using grade-8 bolts with nylon lock nuts and be fish-plated or re-enforced at the mounts. 204 _____Cab protector to be painted or powder coated to match body. TOOL HOLDER: 209 _____Furnish and install a bolt-on 5-unit tool holder accessory to fit equipped cab protector. Tool 210 holder to be built as specified: 211 _____Unit to be attached on backside of cab protector and consist of two (2) rows of tool holders 212 to accommodate up to five (5) tools. 213 _____Tools to be stowed upright. It is the responsibility of bidder to ensure tools stored in holder 214 have adequate clearance from any auxiliary lighting components. 215 _____Tool holder shall bolt-on to cab protector with grade-8 bolts and nylon lock nuts. 216 _____Tool holder to be painted or powder coated to match cab protector.
