Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Santa Cruz Environmental Compliance Program is asking qualified firms, to submit proposals for updating the Environmental Response Plan (ERP). This request for proposal (RFP) covers services for updating the ERP in the following specific major areas: Editing the current ERP to: a. remove existing provisions that may be inconsistent with management of the sewer system at the City of Santa Cruz; b. include within the legal authorities section, language to address appropriate authority to manage storm water regulations; c. include specific tables of penalties and fees for storm water violations at the City and d. maintain internal consistency with the Municipal Code at the City of Santa Cruz.
