Specifications include but are not limited to: Contractor shall collect, remove, transport, and legally dispose of all environmentally-regulated, biological and hazardous waste, and contaminated materials, debris, waste and other substances (collectively the "HazWaste Materials") at the sites set forth in the Service Request, and also cleanup the sites so that no HazWaste Materials remain on the site (collectively the "HazWaste Services"). The HazWaste Materials include, but are not limited to, contaminated debris, biological waste, environmentally regulated substances, and hazardous waste, including the HazWaste Materials in confined spaces. Biological waste is any material that contains or has been contaminated by a biohazardous agent (risk to human health or the environment), and it includes, but it is not limited to, syringes, needles, blood, vomit and feces.
