The Starter Kit must contain UAS, three batteries, all charging cables, thermal infrared camera, carrying case, and UAS controller. vii. Must be IP55 rated to ensure operation in tough weather conditions viii. Must be capable of flight up to 45 MPH ix. Thermal camera specifications: 1. 200-degree gimbal travel for a full 90-degree upward range of motion, as well as a full minus 110-degree downward view, which extends past nadir to allow for viewing behind the aircraft 2. The controller must be a ruggedized and lightweight ground control station with up to five hours of continuous operation on a single charge. 2.
