Specifications include, but are not limited to: Section includes products and procedures for properly maintaining existing roofing assets in accordance with maintenance agreements and warranty provisions in effect. Maintenance activities include but are not limited to the following: 1. Scheduled inspections of installed roofing. 2. Documentation of existing conditions. 3. Sampling and testing by a qualified testing agency. 4. Planning and scheduling maintenance procedures. 5.
