2.1 Modular Battery Replacement: Contractor shall 2.1.1 Furnish and deliver Schneider WMBRS9-MB-T9B4 modular batteries (Quantity 9 × SYBT9-B4 or equivalent). 2.1.2 Verify model and quantity with CMD prior to shipment; coordinate delivery dates and access. 2.1.3 Remove and properly dispose of all depleted battery modules following Cal-OSHA and environmental safety standards. 2.1.4 Install, connect, and register new battery modules within the UPS software interface; perform firmware updates as required. 2.1.5 Provide CMD with recycling certificates from a CalRecycle-certified recycler within 14 business days from date of disposal or submitted concurrently with invoice. 2.2 Power Module Replacement: Contractor shall 2.2.1 Supply and install new modular power units, replacing all existing power supply modules, which may include, but are not limited to, one (1) Power Supply and nine (9) batteries. 2.2.2 Utilize part number WMPRS6-MP2-106 or equivalent Schneider-authorized components. 2.2.3 Remove existing modules, verify phase alignment, and conduct post-installation load and efficiency tests. 2.2.4 Confirm full system output meets rated 60 kW capacity under simulated load. 2.3 Control and Intelligence Module Replacement: Contractor shall 2.3.1 Replace all intelligence modules, static switch assemblies, and related logic boards. 2.3.2 Install new display interface, network management card (NMC), and switchgear control board. 2.3.3 Use part number WUPGMBRS7X24-MB-00 or equivalent Schneider 7×24 upgrade component. 2.3.4 Configure and synchronize all control modules; test communication integrity and redundancy
