Provide all materials and equipment needed to supply new, clean, and pressed uniforms for up to fifty-five (55) employees. This shall include eleven (11) complete sets of new, clean, and pressed uniforms per employee and exchange up to five (5) complete sets of soiled uniforms with clean and pressed uniforms per employee on a weekly basis, as defined in Section 5 of Exhibit A “Scope of Work”. Also included in this contract are new, clean dust mop heads. These services provide Plant Operations, Warehouse and Custodian employees with clean, consistent, well-kept uniforms that adhere to the defined standards and staff are easily identifiable. In particular, Plant Operations staff are required to wear clothing that is safe for arc welding and must have an Arc Thermal Performance Value as defined in the American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM-F1959M 06ae1, and must meet CalOSHA safety standards for fire hazard protection.
