Storage Tank Testing: The objective or this work is to perform the inspections and services required to ensure that Federal, State, and local Underground Storage Tank (UST), and fuel dispensing equipment compliance requirements are met at California Army National Guard (CA ARNG) sites and to ensure the fuel tank systems are performing as intended. 1.1.2 UST Operations Program: The object of this work is to support the CA ARNG’s Designated UST Operator program and to complete required periodic tank testing. The Contractor shall have a current “California UST System Operator certificate” and “California UST Service Technician certificate” that are issued by the International Code Council (ICC). The Contractor shall be responsible for: (1) Conducting monthly visual inspections (2) Providing annual basic equipment familiarity training for facility employees (3) Conduct annual and triennial system testing UST system testing as specified in Title 23 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) as summarized in Section 6-Compliance Schedule. (4) Additionally, the Contractor shall conduct quarterly visits to ensure that systems are in good condition and operating properly.
