A. Contractor shall provide unarmed, uniformed security guard services to the Caltrans office listed in Item 3, above. Security guards shall be equipped with two-way radios or equivalent to ensure constant communication with their management team. C. Contractor shall maintain a pool of security guards who shall be trained to follow Caltrans policies and the requirements set forth in this Exhibit A, Scope of Work. D. Each Security Guard shall be certified, licensed, insured, and bonded. E. Contractor will provide a Security Guard to perform patrol checks at the property located at 324 Campus Lane, Suite T in Fairfield, CA. The security guard shall observe and monitor activities taking place on site that may involve crime, with an emphasis on identifying and removing unauthorized trespassers, overnight parkers, and campers. The security guard will act as a visible deterrent against theft, trespassers, and vandalism, and shall identify and report any facility damage, vandalism, and other offenses. 8. Days and Times of Patrol Services Contractor Agreement A. Contractor shall provide four (4) patrol checks between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., daily, Sunday through Saturday, including State holidays. Patrol checks should occur at least once every three (3) hours and should take approximately one (1) hour each. B. A vehicle is required to perform each patrol check. Contractor's rate for vehicle use is included in its bid rates in Attachment 1. C. Security guards are not required to be onsite continuously between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Their presence will only be necessary during scheduled patrol checks.
