Specifications include, but are not limited to: Guard the property against fire, theft, damage and trespass. Permit only duly authorized persons to enter the premises so far as physical security allows. Report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions to the Facility Manager and/or to the S.F.P.D. Make parking lot rounds hourly A.M. and P.M. shifts 2 shifts per day. Provide patrol vehicle for security guards to make hourly parking lot rounds. All additional duties that Facility Manager and Contractor may agree upon from time to time. Monitor complaint logbook. Contractor shall provide security personnel with a cell phone for use while performing security services at SOMA West Dog Park Parking Lot. Security guards shall be accessible by cell phone at all times.
