Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing one (1) unarmed security guard at the Transit Center site to patrol the building lobby and site, with such services provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays; and Providing one (1) unarmed security guard at Turlock City Hall with such services provided Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding observed holidays, as well as approximately 12 hours per month for three (3) to four (4) evening meetings of committees, councils, or commissions; Report critical incidents to the Turlock Police Department for law enforcement response, as appropriate; and Log and report all incidents on a daily basis and provide those reports electronically to the designated City representative(s) at intervals to be determined; and Adhere to all applicable health and safety-related orders and mandates from local, state, and federal authorities in the provision of services, such as face covering requirements implemented due to the COVID-19 pandemic; and Provide all of the necessary training, equipment, corporate resources, and support services required for the completion of the above stated services.
