The City of Carson (City) is seeking qualifications from Investment Banking firms to submit their Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") to provide investment banking/underwriting services, for the negotiated sale of lease revenue bonds. The City requests a brief Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified Investment Banking firms for underwriting/investment banking services for the negotiated issuance of the Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2024 (the "2024 LRBs"). The City plans to issue the 2024 LRBs to finance multiple infrastructure projects and seeks to retain an investment banking firm capable of delivering the necessary services to secure the lowest cost of funds and the most advantageous financing structure.
