Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified firms to establish a three year contract with option for two one year renewal terms for ARMED AND UNARMED SECURITY SERVICES. This service is aimed toward contracting for uniformed, unarmed and armed security guard services as needed to complement current County resources, providing services to multiple County departments and accompanying missions. The County reserves the right to make a single, or multiple award of contract to the firm or firms who present the proposal which, in the judgment of the County, best accomplishes the desired results. A multiple award may be made to a primary or alternate contractors to ensure immediate performance and no disruption in services. The primary vendor shall have first right of refusal for all orders with others contacted in progressive order. Alternative contractors shall be ranked by lowest cost.
