Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall install a University-furnished standard Siemens Single Photo Emission Computed Tomography - Computed Tomography (SPECT- CT) system in room 1478 at the Merle Norman Pavilion (MNP). The scope of work includes the demolition of improvements in the way of the proposed work, installation of equipment, anchoring and framing, modifications to building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems to support the program, modifications to nurse call, fire alarm, fire sprinkler and security systems, testing and balancing, and repairs to building finishes impacted by the work.
