Specifications include, but are not limited to: removal of current light poles/fixtures/foundations and the installation of new footings, poles, solar/grid-tied light fixtures and measurement and verification boxes at Courtyard Village Apartment located at 3429 Evergreen Circle, West Sacramento, CA 95691. The anticipated commencement of work is in October 2024. Scope The scope of this project encompasses comprehensive project management responsibilities, which involve coordinating and overseeing subcontractors for tasks such as tree trimming, utility line re-routing, obtaining engineering drawings and permits for the outdoor lighting initiative, and working with a manufacturer to develop custom anchor brackets for wall mounted lighting. The project will also include the removal of existing light poles and concrete foundations, installing transformers, repairing conduit and wiring, pouring foundations to match engineering drawing specifications for new footings, addressing sidewalk and other concrete damage resulting from demolition, installing new lighting poles, installing light fixtures, and installing seven measurement and verification boxes. The scope further includes thorough site clean-up and responsible disposal of debris.
