The Berkeley Campus of the University of California is seeking professional services to perform schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and other support services for interim security improvements for the UC Police Department in their current location in Sproul Hall. The selected consultant team (Consultant) will work from a planning study that evaluates the existing facility, and identifies improvements to improve the facility in the interim period before a new police substation is constructed. The Consultant will be required to sign UC Berkeley’s Executive Design Professional Agreement (EDPA). The total project budget, including expenses, is expected to range around $400,000, to be negotiated with the final scope of services
