The U.S. Government is seeking professional/medical office space for a U.S. Navy Armed Forces Career Center.
The Government requires a full-service lease for:
• A minimum of 1760 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 1760 RSF of professional/medical office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center
• Lease term one (1) year firm term, not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights
• Located within a defined delineated area:
- North: E. Bullard and N. Chestnut Ave
- South: S. Chestnut Ave and E. Hamilton Ave
- East: E. McKenzie Ave and N. Helm Ave
- West: E Dakota Ave and N. First St
• reserved on-site parking for up to four (4) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis
• Special Requirements:
- 24-hour unrestricted access to Leased space;
- Availability of all communications infrastructure to include DSL, T1 or a satellite dish;
- Direct access to secondary exterior exit door from Lease space;
- 24-hour lighted parking Government vehicles
- Adequate parking for privately owned vehicles onsite or within a 4 block radius of the premises.
Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.
Representatives of building owners must include with their response to this advertisement, the following:
- exclusivity agreement,
- representation letter,
- listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner
