The District is seeking proposals from firms with related experience in providing Tutoring/Intervention support with strong references and superior tutoring results. All employees must undergo background checks and be fingerprinted, before servicing any District students. All employees must wear a company badge while on duty. Communication with the school site, department admin and District level personnel, and compliance with all District rules is critical. Under this agreement, Tutoring/Intervention Support is being requested for one school site for 34 weeks excluding Holidays, Board holidays, Winter and Spring Break. 10 tutors are needed for a total of 20 hours a week. Upfront trainings will be provided by PJUSD team tailored to District needs. Additional ongoing monthly PD may be provided as needed within the allocated time. Respondents must address all the following points in your proposals: • Provide 10 Tutors to work a block schedule of 20 hours per week for 34 weeks excluding Holidays, Board Holidays, Winter and Spring Break. School calendar attached. • Cost breakdown per week (20 hours), 34 weeks based on school calendar. PJUSD to Provide: • K-12 State aligned Curriculum • Trainings as needed by PJUSD support teams.
