The Contractor shall provide services specified herein on an Annual basis. Annual maintenance services shall include tree trimming, pruning, and maintenance for disease control, tree evaluation, diagnosis, treatment work, and tree removal. The Contractor shall provide wood chipper services, only as needed and upon the request of the Institution Contract Liaison or designee. Dates of service shall be as provided by the Institution Contract Liaison or designee upon approval of the Agreement. Any changes to services provided shall be approved in writing and in advance by the Institution Contract Liaison or designee prior to commencing of any service changes. All maintenance services shall be performed during designated business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, State holidays and weekends excluded. The Contractor shall provide the requested services on the dates specified by the Institution Contract Liaison or designee within seventy-two (72) hours.
