I. Remove two trees at the San Rafael Armory to include the following: AREA CAL A. Contractor shall furnish all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, tools, insurance, permits and fees (if any) remove two trees at the San Rafael armory between May 2025 and August 2025. B. Remove two trees at the San Rafael National Guard Armory. 1. Cut down trees. 2. Grind stumps to be level with ground. 3. Clean up area and remove all wood, limbs, branches, and debris from the property/site. C. Contractor must hold a current C-49 or D-49 Tree Service Contractor License. All work shall be performed and accomplished in accordance with all current local and state building codes, Federal codes, any attached details and specifications contained herein. D. Permits, fees, payment, and performance bonds if applicable shall be the responsibility of the contractor and no additional costs to the State. E. If items outside the scope of work are damaged during demolition/removal phase, the contractor shall be responsible for the cost of repairing said item. F. Work shall be executed in a careful, neat, proficient manner; in compliance with Title 19 CA Code of Regs 596.3 practices by personnel certified in the work to be done. H. Both the Military Department and the contractor shall be responsible for the safety management of their personnel and shall enforce allsafety requirements of USACE EM 385 1-1 and other required safety regulations as necessary to provide a safe environment for workman and other personnel.
