The Contractor, at the City's direction, shall perform tree, and other woody plant maintenance, removal & occasional replacement services in accordance with the statement of work described herein and all applicable American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) standards at various sites. The work performed on this contract as directed by City staff (including: watering, pruning, removal, plant health care, and replacement of trees and plants, GPS tree inventory collection and software usage and arborist consulting services) is routine, recurring and usual. The rates in the Cost Proposal must be based on prevailing wage determination "Tree Maintenance Laborer". Additionally, all vendors will be required to be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) prior to proposal submittal. All work will require a submission of certified payroll records to the DIR.
