The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified firms to establish a contract for treatment services for the Youth Justice Facility Commitment Programs. The initial term of this contract will be for a period of THREE (3) years, which thereafter may be extended under the same terms and conditions for TWO (2) additional 1-year periods, upon mutual written agreement. Contract for services shall include cognitive behavioral treatment and other evidence-based practice interventions designed to reduce criminogenic risk and needs in youthful offenders, including, but not limited to, the following programs: University of Cincinnati Corrections Institute – Cognitive-Behavioral Interventions CORE Youth (CBI-CY) and Positive Behavioral Interventions & Support (PBIS).
