1. Functional Requirements Review and Analysis o Conduct demos of system against provided requirements. 2. Configure o Work with the hardware team and provide assistance on the installation and configuration of the Travel application. o Install and configure Travel Application in Development, Test, and Production environments. o Work with in-house IT staff to install and configure Travel application in a development environment. o Configure SSL, SAML/SSO, and Active Directory authentication for Travel. o Implement features for booking flights, hotels, rental cars, etc. o Configure a user-friendly dashboard for travelers, approvers, and administrators. o Incorporate workflow for travel approval and expense reimbursement. o Assist with configuration integration endpoints with existing systems (e.g., HR, finance, ERP). o Install and configure Travel for Mobile. 3. Testing o Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing. o Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders. o Address any bugs or issues identified during testing phases. 4. Training: o Provide a technical plan and requirements for implementing the recommended Travel configuration. o Provide end-user training and technical training for the system as required. o Provide a minimum 30-day warranty period post go-live.
