Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Goal 1 – Trauma Responsive Professional Programs Development and Implementation for CDPH Workforce 1) Objective #1: Review current trauma responsive and mitigation training curricula, revise and/or develop additional curricula that are specific for the CDPH Workforce. a. Timelines: Within three (3) months from the start of the project and as needed throughout contract period. b. Deliverables/Performance Measures: i. Trauma Responsive Professional Programs including but not limited to the title(s) of professional program(s), recommended participants (type and maximum number per program), curricula content with learning objectives and facilitator guide, methodology of training delivery, participant syllabi, and training materials (which includes accessibility via online, printed and/or other way of distribution). ii. Using Microsoft Office software applications and/or other agreed upon software application(s), the participant and facilitator curricula, syllabi and/or handouts are created and made available via editable documents to CDPH. 2) Objective #2: Assist in the coordination of the scheduled professional development programs training sessions/workshops/sessions. a. Timelines: At least quarterly and ongoing as determined by the professional development program schedules agreed upon with CDPH. b. Deliverables/Performance Measures: i. Participation and facilitation of coordination meetings with CDPH to plan and schedule trauma responsive and mitigation professional development programs. ii. Summary descriptions of the scheduled professional development programs for dissemination to CDPH staff. iii. Organization, facilitation, and management of the training/course/session/workshop registrations for the scheduled professional development programs. iv. Provision of certificate of completion for professional development programs. 3) Objective #3: Provide and deliver the scheduled trainings/workshops/sessions for CDPH’s Trauma Responsive Professional Development Programs developed. a. Timeline: At least monthly and ongoing as determined by the professional development program schedules agreed upon with CDPH. b. Deliverables/Performance Measures: i. Provision of Trauma Responsive and Mitigation Professional Development Programs to provide at the minimum the a. following tracts/workforce: ii. For at least 500 Leaders iii. For at least 2000 Staff iv. Provision of participant feedback in summary format. v. Provision of certificate of completion for CDPH staff.
