Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Contractor shall remove/replace or empty one (1), two (2) cubic yard (CY) trash bin container twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday at the Coulterville Maintenance Station. Contractor shall remove/replace or empty one (1), Six (6) cubic yard (CY) container once every other week at Midpines Maintenance Station. Services will not be performed on State observed holidays. B. All containers shall be placed in a location approved by the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee. C. All containers shall have retractable covers that operate smoothly and with ease, so containers remain covered in accordance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water requirements. No trash shall be removed on designated State legal holidays. In the event that a State legal holiday falls on a scheduled pick-up date, the Contractor shall remove the trash on the following business day. When a designated State holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be designated a legal holiday. State observed holidays are as follows: • November 11 for Veteran’s Day • 4th Thursday in November for Thanksgiving Day • 4th Friday in November for Day after Thanksgiving Day • December 25 for Christmas Day
