Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, trash bins, equipment, travel, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees (including disposal fees), and taxes, necessary to provide on call, as-needed trash collection, hauling, and disposal services in Santa Barbara County. 156 Per Bin: All labor, trash bins, equipment, travel, and incidentals and all associated costs, fees, and taxes, necessary to provide trash collection, hauling, and disposal services of a 30 cubic yard bin at the Northbound Gaviota Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA), as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work.
