Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, trash bins, equipment, travel, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees (including disposal fees), and taxes, necessary to provide as-needed trash collection, hauling, and disposal services. A. Contractor shall furnish the following: trash pick-up, transport, and disposal services per location: 1) Coulterville MS One (1) 10 CY bin for general trash and debris. 2) Midpines MS One (1) 10 CY bin for general trash and debris. B. All containers shall be placed in a location approved by Caltrans Contract Manager. C. All containers shall have retractable covers that operate smoothly and with ease, so containers remain covered in accordance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water requirements. All bins shall be in good condition without any holes. D. Trash pick-ups will occur on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No trash shall be removed on designated State legal holidays.
