Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide the CTC with an equity-focused assessment of business practices and processes and a review of transportation equity policy and best practices. This work is defined as follows: Conduct an Equity-Focused Assessment of CTC Business Practices and Processes Hold Phase 1 Start-Up Meeting The Contractor shall meet with the CTC project management team to discuss detailed work plans, scope, tasks, project duration/timeline, milestones, and deliverables for this phase. Build Understanding of CTC Functions The Contractor shall become familiar with the CTC’s functions, programs, and structure via its website (www.catc.ca.gov). The Contractor shall hold interviews with CTC staff to develop a more in-depth understanding of the CTC’s core functions. The CTC project management team will help identify these staff and facilitate interactions as needed. The Contractor should also strive to understand how the CTC fits into the larger landscape of local, regional, state and federal transportation agencies. Review CTC Business Practices and Processes
