The project consists of partial demolition of existing structures and construction of a new, one-story office building approximately 3000 square feet in size. The work includes but is not limited to mobilization, stormwater pollution protection, sheeting, shoring and bracing, sewer and stormwater connections, hazardous materials abatement, new fire barrier wall construction, fire sprinkler demolition, earthwork, concrete, framing, insulation, siding, roofing, doors, windows, hardware, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, low voltage IT and access control, fiber optic, solar photovoltaic and battery storage system, sitework, landscape, fencing, and asphalt slurry seal. Scope of work also includes preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, and all other work as specified in these General Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans
