Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. In providing this service, the firm shall: 2. Identify areas of improvement, develop and assist with the implementation of action plans. 3. Provide strategic planning assistance and operational guidance. 4. Provide policy reviews and impact assessments. 5. Collaborate with TSD leadership to implement project requirements to meet project objectives. 6. Provide project oversight, guidance and coordination. 7. Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. 8. Provide best change management practices to address the transition to new operational processes and systems and assist staff to adapt to change. 9. Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, progress reports. 10. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, and facilitate discussions to resolve issues. 11. The designated personnel shall not change without the prior approval of the District. 12. Other related duties as necessary to support TSD operations.
