The Recreation and Park Services Department is looking for a 6 month leadership training series, designed for their Recreation Key staff team. The key staff team is composed of the following: 1 Director, 1 Superintendent, 4 supervisors, 6 coordinators, 8 recreation leader IIIs, 2 office assistant IIs, 1 office assistant I and 1 community info assistant. The training should include topics on leadership and be aligned with the department's core values of Teamwork, Work Ethic, Impact, Creativity, Respect, and Work Ethic. Within the 6 month comprehensive program, the program should include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. In-person monthly training 2. Curriculum (Handouts) 3. Pre and post meetings with Executive Team 4. Evaluation/Surveys (pre and post) 5. On Call Support 6. 1:1 Coaching Sessions for employee(s)
