Bidder will provide a thorough and comprehensive case management service delivery system that will serve non-citizen, foreign born victims and survivors of sex and labor trafficking under TCVAP. Bidder will partner with community organizations and government agencies to raise awareness of human trafficking as well as to assist TCVAP participants with connecting with partner agencies for services through a referral process. Bidder will provide services, either directly or through referrals to partner agencies, that will assist victims of Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking or other Serious Crimes services. These services include, but are not limited to the following: Referral for Legal Assistance, Obtaining public assistance benefits, Medical Referrals, Mental Health Referrals, Acculturation Services, Employment Services, Family support/unification and child care services, Immigration and legal referrals, Court Accompaniment: Accompany the client to court hearings at their request, Interpretation Translation Services and Assistance, Safe and affordable Housing Services, English language classes, Transportation assistance, and Computer literacy
