A. MANAGING LICENSES & MARKS Manage Licensees Agency will be responsible for the following: • Complete licensee application for retail and promotional vendors • Collect licensee application fee • Adhere to, and enforce, the University’s Trademark & Licensing Code of Conduct. • Collect and submit manufacturing requirement per Fair Labor Association & Workers Rights Consortium • Manage licensee applications, renewals, and compliance through a shared database • Periodically audit licensees for compliance with University requirements • Provide year-over-year reporting and tracking of licensees • Disseminate communications and updates regarding University program changes including Art sheets, royalty changes & special program Legal Support Agency to offer legal expertise and services across the Trademark licensing landscape to provide best-in-class industry protections. Marketplace Monitoring & Enforcement Agency to perform consistent monitoring of marketplace for licensing and branding violations on behalf of the University. Agency, at its sole expense, shall utilize third-party monitoring tools (i.e. Counter Find, Coresearch, etc.) to support marketplace oversight and enforcement in the case of a violation.
