Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Seeking experienced track & field chairperson services. • Track & field season includes January - June 2024. • Track & field chairperson must be provided weekly Monday - Friday (7:00 pm - 8:30 pm) as well as some Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 am - 6:00 pm) for track & field events in April. Times and dates are non noegotiable. • The track & field chairperson services needed include teaching offensive/defensive track & field fundamentals to youth ages 4-18. Scheduling team practices, games and two weekend track meet events within a six-month period. • Track & field chairperson services will be required to manage program registration, participant recruitment, order team uniforms, keep inventory, manage team practices, plan and host track meets, assist with set up, break down, score keeping, clock management, and storing of equipment, and providing a summary report of track meets that include pictures. • Track & field chairperson services must be able to recruit and show proof of 90% Pasadena or PUSD student registration.
