Towing Services The Contractor shall provide towing services, which includes, but shall not be limited to, the following duties: • Provide towing of unauthorized vehicles without proper parking permits, long-term storage of improperly parked, or abandoned motor vehicles which include, but not be limited to, the following types: o Light: scooters, motorcycles, jet skis o Medium: any vehicle, boat, or trailer under 20 feet in length o Heavy: any vehicle, boats, or house trailer over 20 feet in length, • Perform routine sweeps in parking lots to ensure there are not improperly parked or abandoned vehicles in red zone areas, blocking access to the parking lot, blocking other vehicles or blocking trash dumpsters, including: o All parking lot areas such as resident parking, visitor parking, and any restricted zones, and o Street parking within sites listed above are allowed and not the responsibility of the contracted towing company or Management, excluding city street parking.
