This document details specific delivery of portable toilets, handwashing stations and roll off dumpsters, in support of crews responding to emergency outbreaks within California. These services will only be required in the Animal Health and Food Safety Services Division must respond to an outbreak in any of the counties listed: Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Ontario, San Bernadino, Riverside and Imperial. Contractor Responsibilities; 1. Deliver and provide toilets and handwashing stations (including mobile equipment) to support crews at each incident premise during depopulation activities. 2. Provide at least two (2) toilets and (2) handwashing stations per premise for the duration of depopulation activities on site. Actual number to be determined based on incident direction. 3. Provide weekly cleanings included in the rental and provide an additional two (2) cleaning services per rented unit as needed. Actual number to be determined based on incident direction. 4. Deliver and pickup lined and covered roll-off dumpsters. Actual number and size to be determined based on incident direction. 5. Follow the direction of onsite crews in order to: • Comply with all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal EPA), California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and CalOSHA requirements, and governing regulations. • Comply with all specified biosafety/biosecurity protocols and requirements associated with serviced premises. 6. Contractor shall submit an itemized invoice for actual services rendered via email to CDFA_AHFSS_AHB_Invoices@cdfa.ca.gov.
