To Perform Setup Services, Scheduled Preventative Maintenance Services, As-Needed Repair Services, Training Support Services, and Software Update Services for DMV-Owned Mail Machines. Contractor’s Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform setup services, scheduled preventative maintenance services, as-needed repair services, training support services, and software update services for DMV owned mail machines for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor shall provide services for all of the following DMV-owned mail machines: a. Up to five (5) Bluecrest Evolution X5 (or equivalent Bluecrest) medium speed mail machines. 1.
