These conditions can be met if one or moreof an Offeror's principals, partners or corporate officers have the equivalent experience while in asenior management position with another firm.B.Additional Requirements1.General Informationa. Contractor shall have rights to sell, on behalf of the City, tickets are for all attractionsbut excluded attractions detailed herein, at the Facility. Tickets for attractions at theFacility may be prepared by the City using Contractor's system according to existingCity sales contracts or any other agreements the City may make, agreed uponbetween chosen Contractor and the City.b. Contractor will have exclusive rights to sell tickets for all events except those pre-approved by both parties such as the Tucson Symphony and Arizona Opera whichare long term clients. These Non-Profit Organizations have their own ticketingsystems and will be allowed to continue their own sales
