Request for Information (RFI): Tent, HVAC ECU, and Table/Chair Rentals – March, McClellan, and China Lake Air Bases

1. Description
The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing the following rental services for three locations: March Air Base, McClellan Air Base, and China Lake Air Base. This RFI includes the rental, setup, and takedown of tents and HVAC units, as well as the rental and delivery of 8-foot folding tables and chairs.

Scope of Work:

• Tent Rentals: Set up, takedown, and power provisioning for 10-12 person tents.
• HVAC ECU Rentals: Rental, setup, and takedown of HVAC Environmental Control Units (ECUs) compatible with tents.
• Table/Chair Rentals: Rental and delivery of 8-foot folding tables and chairs.

Locations and Requirements:

• March Air Base, CA (92518):

  • 10 tents, 36 HVAC ECUs, 30 8-foot folding tables, 120 chairs.
  • Tents must include power provisioning for computers and miscellaneous electronics.
  • Setup/Delivery by 28 January 2025.
  • Takedown/Retrieval by 18 February 2025.

• McClellan Air Base, CA (95652):

  • 6 tents, 5 HVAC ECUs, 24 8-foot folding tables, 70 chairs.
  • Setup/Delivery by 2 February 2025.
  • Takedown/Retrieval by 17 February 2025.

• China Lake, CA (93555):

  • 3 tents, 3 HVAC ECUs, 12 8-foot folding tables, 24 chairs.
  • Setup/Delivery by 2 February 2025.
  • Takedown/Retrieval by 17 February 2025.

2. Submission Requirements
Interested vendors are invited to submit the following information:

• Company Information:

  • Name, address, and point of contact (email and phone).
  • CAGE code.
  • Applicable NAICS codes.

• Capabilities Statement:

  • Description of your ability to fulfill one or more of the requirements.
  • Specify which locations you can service.

• Past Performance:

  • Provide examples of recent contracts (within the last 5 years) involving similar services.
  • Include contract value, scope, and customer references.

• Pricing Information (Optional):

  • General market pricing for the described services.
  • Indicate whether pricing is affected by quantities or period of performance.
