Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1. Be responsible for curriculum and course content. 2.1.2. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, City shall not be responsible for providing course materials. 2.1.3. Provide a teacher that will teach the whole session, with as little substitution as possible. 2.1.4. Conduct the program in a safe manner. 2.1.5. City shall have the right to observe Contractor instruction in order to determine whether Contractor is in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.3.1. Be responsible for all set up and cleanup of the room and equipment. 2.3.2. All set up must be completed prior to the start of class. 2.4.1. Provide employees who are at least 18 years old
